24th Annual Best Party of the Year - Friday, December 6, 2013
The Best Part of the Year is a gala event complete with fabulous food, delicious drinks and endless dancing with live music from Rick & the Cutting Edge. The event also hosts a highly-anticipated silent auction filled with your favorite items, wonderful wine pull and of course, a traditional 50-50 raffle.

Countless people live in areas where access to healthy food is limited or nonexistent, and many more lack the resources to purchase this food even if readily available. Tomorrow marks the 25-day countdown until the 25th Annual Majestic Steel Walk for Hunger... whoa, that was a mouthful! But, such an exciting day!!

FACTS:

Over 60,000 people per month...

1. The Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland is the largest emergency hunger relief program dispensing 75% of all the emergency food in Cuyahoga County

2. This network has over 100 pantries and hot meal programs, feeding nutritious meals to 60,000 people per month!

3. Lack of food puts children at risk for health and development problems; 25,000 or almost 41% of those we serve each month are children!

4. 94 cents of every dollar raised by the Hunger Network goes directly to purchase food and support our programs!
